We’ve made the process simple at EYE ZONE. Just bring along your up-to-date, signed prescription. For single vision lenses, we stock 95% of prescriptions and can usually have your glasses ready in just 20 minutes.
If you need multifocals or have a more complex prescription (prism, high cylinder, or stronger plus/minus), don’t worry — we’ll order it in for you. These lenses generally arrive within 7–10 working days. While they may cost a little more, our prices remain highly competitive compared to traditional opticians.
Yes! At EYE ZONE, we provide high-quality multifocal lenses. We’ve partnered with premium suppliers to bring you digitally surfaced lenses at a fraction of the cost you’d normally pay. Because multifocals are custom-made for each prescription, they aren’t stocked lenses and usually take 7–10 days to complete.
If your prescription falls within our stocked range, your glasses will be ready in 20 minutes while you shop. Our stock range covers -6.00 to +5.00 and up to a 3.00 Cylinder, including thinner lenses for higher prescriptions.
At the moment, EYE ZONE does not dispense prescription glasses to individuals under 16. However, you are welcome to purchase a frame, which you can then take to an NHS-registered optician that accepts vouchers.
